Imperial Stout aged in Old Fitzgerald barrels for 18 months and then Stagg Jr barrels for 13 months for a total of 31 months and then conditioned on wild thai banana, coconut, vanilla & cinnamon.

A really well-brewed BA stout; viscous but not too oily, with fudgy chocolate and coconut throughout. Great barrel. Cinnamon & coconut add a little bitterness, and although I do taste it, I would’ve loved more banana. Overall still very good.
