Who ever thought that going gluten free could be so decadent? Showing that you can indeed have your cake batter and drink it too, Corporate Ladder rolls into the Dessert Station with a combination of cream soda and cake batter.

Clumpy and pouring with flakes of actual cake, Cream Soda Cake Batter Float patiently releases a foamy stark white froth over a milky white body, if only briefly. As the ale relaxes to look like watery milk, its mouthwatering scent of sweet cream, vanilla, pastry and cookie dough tease the nose. Not to underwhelm, the sugary sweet taste of milkshake, vanilla cake batter and cream soda aren't just nuanced or suggestive flavors; they're quite literal.

As the carbonation of the cream soda acts to lift the sweetness, the tastebuds are unappologetically washed with the sugary sweet confection character in true dessert fashion. With no attempt to balance, add complexity or offset the sweetness at all, the one-dimensional tastes of cake batter and cream soda reign supreme.

Full, creamy and plush on the palate, the gluten free dessert beer finishes cloying with a long and sweet vanilla aftertaste. Difficult to drink, but nice for a sip.
