Ever wonder what sunshine tastes like? Get out of the office and take your three hole punch with you to the Corporate ladder brewery and find out.
Pale and hazy light gold, Three Hole Punch builds a creamy off-white froth and a perfumy scent of citrus, tropical fruit, light herb and a touch of vanilla. As its smooth malt sweetness greets the tastebuds, the early impressions of cereal, shortcake and honeysuckle lead the way.
As the hops simply blossom on the middle palate, a host of branch-ripe tangerine, red grapefruit and a pep of lemon. Adding a more exotic touch of the tropics, flavors of pineapple, mango and passionfruit add complexity to the fruit cocktail in anticipation of a tightening bitter taste that trends smoothly with fresh spruce, tea, verbena, sassafras and light hemp.
Finishing smoothly bitter and with an extension of muddled fruit peels, the imperial hazy ale is a bright, beautiful and less dirty version of the style for session so bright that you can taste it.
