Completely saturated with lupulin, resins and fruitcentric hop flavors, Corporate Ladder seems to recklessly throw Citra Incognito, Mosaic Incognito, Idaho 7, Citra and Peacharine hops into the brew kettle in hops to create the most hoppy beer imaginable.

Simply and aptly named Hoppy Ale, the dull, golden-taupe, hazy ale pours completely opaque while patiently releasing a dense eggshell froth. As the full fruit perfume spills onto the senses, a burst of citrus, tropical, stone fruit, berry and melon swirl into a full fruit cocktail aroma. Creamy, sweet and slightly doughy on the palate, the early impressions of pastry crust, honey and shortcake resonate soundly.

Then it's back to the hops as the ale splashes the middle palate. Tropical with mango, pineapple, passionfruit and papaya kick the flavor party off and in wait for the blood orange, mandarin, lime, lemon and grapefruit flavors that arrive from the citrusy set of hop flavors. All wrapped in a cocoon of cantaloupe, additional stone fruits of pawpaw, apricot and nectarine keep the session rounded, complex and bold. Trending smoothly bitter, a nearly vanilla and coconut flavor settles in as the ale trends playfully resinous, tea-like, hemp-like and fully botanical with a hint of blackcurrant finishing the array of flavors.

Full, creamy and pillowy throughout, the somewhat starchy finish is balanced with bitterness and a sharper gin-like spice that carries the ale into a malty-dry finish and a medium-long aftertaste of herb, fruit peels and hemp.
