We sourced our coffee from Resident Coffee Roasters out of Gainesville, FL. The Colombia Pedro Solano blend brings flavors of caramel, vanilla, chocolate and subtle strawberry to this decadent yet skillfully balanced stout.

Always want to drink a beer that reminds of the 9 to 5 grind. Damn I’m funny. 500ML bottle split with my coffee aficionado wife.
The pour is black & deader than a cheeseburger & it smells like chocolate & caramel, which is confusing to my tiny mammalian brain.
Purchase Order: 004 tastes like no coffee I’ve ever sniffed, nor like any my rabid wife has ever downed multiple times every morning of her life. It’s sweet. Extremely sweet. Buckets of malt cascade over chocolate, caramel, dense cake, & a solid cube of brown sugar applied directly to the fillings. Thick, like, too thick. A thimble or two of this would have been sufficient.
An odd beer that wears out its welcome in a hurry. I know there are plenty of different coffee tastes other than black Folgers, but a bit of roast or something would have been welcome. Half of this will be judged & graded by my bathroom drain.
