Can from Market of Choice
A mildly hazy straw yellow with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing. Despite being nearly 4 months old, the nose has a lovely hop depth to it, lemony, spicy, floral, complementing the soft kellerpils base. Soft yet snappy malt. The palate opens with a soft, creamy, doughy kellerpils base on which loads of hops - lemony, minty, spicy, hoppy - are present. Bitter, assertive. Clean, light bodied with soft, creamy malt character, this is lovely.

Poured a straw-colored, slightly hazy pale, white head that persisted. Bread and hops on the aroma. Amazing representation of an American Kellerbier, the whirlpool and dry hopping comes through without overpowering the pilsner malts. The lightness of the malt base compliments the hop resins. A near perfect beer.
