Pours a moderately hazy amberish color with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Aromas of lemon with a hint of peach. Grainy and woody and bitter. Overwhelmed by a harsh leafy, vegetal, green tea taste. Quite sweet. Bitter like grapefruit pith.
The aftertaste gets more and more astringent. I don't know what they do with good hops to get this acidic, murky sensation. Not very drinkable, though far too typical of the hazy style. Actually it gets worse as you sip so the rest of the can gets tossed. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery restaurant. Dated 4/12/21 on the bottom.

16oz can (dated 4/12/21) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a solidly murky burnt orange color with an inch of white head that had moderate retention and lacing.
The aroma had the typical frooty hops of the style upfront, with a slight stale, musty aspect, and no malts or grains.
Started the same on the tongue, but had a harsh alcoholic and metallic taste as well.
The body was the typical light of the style, smooth, and had a harsh, sharp finish.
Drinkability was severely hampered by that alcohol bite and metal funk.
Overall, not a pleasant beer.
