16-ounce can purchased at John's Marketplace in Beaverton, OR. Enjoyed in a 10-ounce Becher glass.

Translucent gold-amber body with sun yellow highlights. Up top, a fluffy head of clean white foam with good retention that leaves scattered lacing. Big malty nose full of spicy cloves. Bready, lightly sweet malt flavor up front, followed by ripe banana and a light citrus note. The beer goes from fruity to spicy through the middle, and the finish is drying and a little grainy. Rounded mouthfeel, medium body. Tiny bubbles provide zesty carbonation. A classic, full-flavored, satisfying version of a hefeweizen.

Pint at the Westside Taphouse in West Salem Oregon.
$6.00.
Slight hazy bright golden body..small yet persistent white head. Great lace
Aroma of wheat, yeast and berries.
Taste .the yeast is pronounced very nice. Berries and sourdough bread.
Very unusual but at the same time great.
Mouth feel as expected from Ferment is quite soft and mildly carbonated
A nice slightly unusual Hefe

Pale, cloudy yellow white. Smell is certainly Belgian. Taste is like a weak trippel. Tang of Belgian yeast. Good for a hefeweizen. Berry aftertaste. Average feel.

very classically styled, these guys do the fundamentals really super well, and even on a day pushing 120 degrees outside, this hit the mark, fluffy and bubbly and dry, with a gorgeous yeast complexion to it, clove through the roof, light white pepper and generic citrus, its clean though and faster finishing than many, not overly estery or anything, no bubblegum and taffy, and the wheat is nutty and earthy and simple. looks right in the glass too, light orange and cloudy with a big puffy white head on it. some light green banana in the nose, green grape too maybe, and an almost rye spice character, all very pungent, like i can smell this one across the patio, and its super appealing. the flavor is identical to the aroma, and this ends up being really bright, fruity, well proportioned, and thirst quenching despite its medium body. i like how forward the wheat is the flavor mix, how fresh it seems, and how the fermentation profile evolves from start to finish, more fruit notes up front, more spiciness on the back end, lots of clove character to this, some light anise too. great carbonation, which is so critical for this style, and overall a really solidly executed hefe, a style american brewers so often miss on, this is really dialed in, perfect patio sipper!
