Brewed with Saphire and the noble Tettnanger hops from Germany, Ferment German Pilsner exemplifies the time honored summer cooler that has taken the world by storm since 1870. Dry, crisp, and floral - soak it up. Prost!

Handsome clear light gold color with plenty of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Some flavors of corn and a grainy note. Smooth and clean with creamy carbonation. Light aroma of fresh bread and straw with a nose of flowery hops. Hops are listed as Saphire (I think they mean Saphir) and Tettnanger.
The flavors of malt and hops blend so elegantly here, along with the faintest touch of bitterness. Overall this is one of the better Pilsner style brews I've had this year. Thoroughly quaffable but enjoyable to sip and savor the flavors. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Community Coop in Bellingham.
