West Coast Pilsner. A crisp and refreshing pilsner but with a big twist of Northwest hops. Brewed with a charge of Ekuanot hops in the whirlpool and a dry hop charge of Citra cryo, this pilsner is decidedly not-noble, an entirely different lager experience.

Smells like the West Coast Pilsner it's billed as, with plenty of Citra goodness. Tastes...not like that. Toasty, mostly dry pilsner malt up front, decorated with notes of papaya, a little blackberry (sweet, not tart), and a smidge of minty/herbal character. There's also a touch of sulfur in the middle. It wouldn't be out of place in a more traditional Pilsner, but I don't think it plays well with the other flavors here. Finish is long and full of nutty, toasted grain character and a firm bitterness. Feel is light-bodied with zesty carbonation.
