Brewed in collaboration with Bicycle Coffee Tokyo as an experiment. This pale ale was fermented on 100% brett yeast in a stainless tank. Green coffee beans were aged in a beer barrel, giving them a funky barrel-aged complexity. The beer has phantom strawberry, vanilla, and caramel notes, and even stronger pineapple, cherry pie, coffee, and leathery funk. Delicious and memorable!
