Pale gold body, light haze, it struggles to form even a thin layer of head despite a fairly aggressive pour.
Aroma offers notes of apple orchard, orange, fresh cereal malt; there's a freshness and sweetness to it, like a mountain stream.
The flavour parallels the aroma, with surprisingly bright and fresh orchard fruit - apple, bartlett pear, even white peach. The feel is a touch watery, with medium/light carbonation adding some prickly refreshment along with the fresh-feeling malt. The finish is semi-dry, courtesy of balancing bitter hops. The sweetness isn't of sugar or syrup, it's fruity, delivered by interesting yeast character.

Unique and unexpected, this is a pleasant summer refresher, sunny and bright and fruity.
