On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a 5-ounce snifter. Hazy yellow in appearance, with a decent white head. Good retention, with some pretty lacing. Big aromas of grapefruit and pine greet the nose and carry over to the palate. Medium bodied, hop forward, crisp, and pleasantly bitter. It's always nice to find a local gem flying under the radar, and this is some good stuff. Well done!
