Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a goblet glass.
Mostly clear, straw colored body. Thin white head. Leaves behind long lacing strings
Aroma of peach fruit and a nutty note.
Taste is fruity sweet with a certain stone fruit tartness. Flavors of peach flesh and skin, with a background nutty pistachio layer. Quick fade in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and dry finish. Good carbonation.
Kettle sour made interesting by the real peach flavors and the addition of pistachio.
