Pours a very cloudy shade of pale yellow, it’s almost like lemonade with just enough ice tea to darken and cloud it up a bit. The head and retention mostly nonexistent. There is a very thin layer of white that stays, it is nothing substantial, but much better than nothing at all.
Refreshing beer to smell, floral notes along with fresh citrus and definitely coriander, nice light peppercorn smell to it. At this point I’m not sure if it is added or not but will check later.
Nice flavor that follows the nose very closely. All the refreshing spices and citrus give this beer a thirst quenching characteristic, almost radler/shandy like. There is also a minor yeast flavor hiding behind it all.
The mouthfeel light and soft, lower carbonation too, but it is a little sweet in my opinion. It almost leaves a coating on the tongue that unfortunately is a little off putting, but it is the only thing I dislike about the beer.
Overall I’d say this is a good beer, the only thing preventing me saying it’s great is that sticky sweetness on the mouthfeel.
