A: Good clarity of a stale orange coloring. The capping is a good two inches, eggshell white in color, and well retaining. Carbonation is light, very slow on the rise, and sparse in density. Spongy bubbly lace deposits on the glass walls. The second pour finds a lot of particulate matter from the yeasty suspension filling the glass.
S: Green apples and peaches for the aroma. Some kiwi-strawberry, and blueberry fruitiness. Dank citrus reminds you this is an IPA, and not a candy drink. Pear and apricot round out. Aroma is mid awareness, semi juicy and dry with a good mixture overall.
T: Dank and citrusy flavors open, peach and citrusy juiciness, semi-dry hopping bite of bittering pineapple, mango and pine. Has a strong breadiness factor and dry hop fade concluding.
M: Wheaty or almost pilsner feel, not sure of the exact malt ingredients, just what I feel. Dry and bittering hop flowers, soft carbonation, medium body and semi-creamy overall.
O: The flavor is citrusy, dank, and tropical with a dry hop bittering fade. There is little indication of dum dumz here, perhaps except for the blueberry and stale pineapple which reminded me a bit of my youth. Bright can and label and interesting concept will pull you in. A fairly good ipa by itself, solid, very good overall from me. Mouthful seemed to be the strong point here.
