To celebrate our fifth anniversary, we brewed this big, bad, triple IPA and super infused it with Citra and Galaxy for massive mango guava notes.

On draught at the brewery. Served in a tulip glass. It pours an opaque, bright orange with a small creamy, milk-white head and soapy lacing. It has a big, fragrant, fruity nose with abundant orange/tangerine, pink grapefruit, tropical fruit, and pine needles. The taste balances the sweetness of tangerine, mango, and peach against tart lemon and grapefruit. The Citra hops are especially vibrant. There is also a solid, dank, earthy malt base and notes of pine sap. The hop bitterness is mild and clean throughout. This ale has a thick, viscous mouth feel with pleasant carbonation, and you can feel the 10% ABV. Bonesaw has coaxed a lot of flavor from the Citra and Galaxy hops. This is a big, fruity, and thoroughly enjoyable TIPA and a fitting release to celebrate Bonesaw's fifth anniversary.
