Unfiltered, pale straw colour, like lemon juice, with a foamy white head building large and retaining well, several minutes.
Aromas of orange & lemon zest, lighter hints of floral spice esters; even brings to mind strawberries at some points.
Flavour follows suit, with notes or orange, bubblegum, coriander; balanced evenly by hop bitterness that, along with a crisp feel, keeps things clean and the palate dry; low hop flavour, of pine; some grapefruit zest in the finish, along with some residual sweetness, and the hop bitters; medium carbonation and body.
I enjoyed this a lot, makes for a refreshing, crisp, tasty summer brew. Could pair well with grilled pork or fish.
