Pours an effervescent amber with 3 fingers of rocky ivory colored head. great lacing & head retention
S: Bready, a little citrussy, fades a touch as it warms
T: Follows the nose, plenty of pine too, some orange peel as well up front. Grassy & piney bitterness with a little lime & grapefruit, plus a little cakeyness as this warms. Finishes with pomelo, dryness, pine & a little breadyness
MF: Medium body, firm carbonation, good balance
Oldschool DIPA that delivers hop bitterness & drinkability
