Body is the color of red hibiscus. Brief pinkish head disappears in a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is floral, sweet, and a little sour.
Taste is hibiscus tart, with floral and herbal flavors. Still has the lemon/lime and lactic acid of a kettle sour. Floral flavor continues in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Tart and drying in the mouth. Quiet carbonation.
The hibiscus adds color and floral flavor, and adds to the tartness.
