Yeast plays an important role in this beer and contributes to the classic haze and flavor profile of the style. A significant portion of wheat in the malt bill contributes to the bright golden hue of this beer. We think we found the perfect balance of the traditional banana and clove flavors associated with this style of beer.

Tastes and smells nothing like a Hefeweizen.

Poured into a 16 oz can with a birth day of 12/22/21 (not fresh). Pours a beautiful golden yellow with plenty of frothy foamy head. Tastes of banana though the aging seems to make a bit punget, more so than for the style. Have to revisit when it's a bit more fresh. Promising.

Can. This was very good, so good I fisnihed it before I rated it. But it was a coudy tpical hefewezen with a little emphasis on the clove and minerally side of the aroma but still banana and bubble gum. Sweet wheat and a touch of vanilla and not as fruity as some other hefes. Minerally clovy finish. Nice and light but not watery. Very good.

Appearance - pours a opaque yellow/amber color. Thick foam with good lacing.
Smell - banana whip, clove, wheat
Taste - banana, crisp
Mouthfeel - light to medium carbonation. Light to medium body.
Overall- it's light and crisp for warmer days. The banana isn't overpowering like in some here's. Good beer to try in the summer.
