On tap at the brewery.
They poured into a "can" glass.
I got what was going on so here are my thoughts.
The appearance was a fairly nice looking dark brown close to black color with barely any head. In turn, there wasn't any lace.
The aroma had some deep sweet milk chocolate layers rolling through some wafer/sweet cracker tones. Light dose of dark chocolate and vanilla come through underneath.
The flavor was moderately sweet running through some lactose tones then wafer malts and milk chocolate. Longer than usual aftertaste of milk chocolate, lactose and wafer malts.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Not much stickiness as I tend to find in the style which is nice. Carbonation seemed quite low, I didn't mind but just seemed to notice. ABV felt on par. Silky almost watery chocolatey finish.
Overall, nice milk/sweet stout I'd be willing to come back to.
