German style fest lager with notes of toasted malts and subtle floral hops. This is the style served in Germany at modern day Oktoberfest. Prost to Munchi! Notes of: Cracker and subtle straw

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, not clear but not hazy, head is off white with fine to small bubbles, head presents one finger thick then dissipates to thin top with lacing on glass sides.
Smell is light cracker, light earth, herbal undertone, some biscuit.
Taste is more cracker, light biscuit, earth, grass, herbal notes, maybe light lemon.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, light bitterness with a crisp carbonic bite.
Overall a crisp and crackery Festbier that is very drinkable.
