Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is light straw with hint of green, head is off white with fine bubbles and presents one finger thick, dissipates to solid frothy top.
Smell is herbal, definite tea quality, green, grass, clean malt.
Taste is more herbal and tea notes with that light green tea quality, grass, light pilsner malt.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, low sweetness, moderate bitter and tea spice but not at hop bitterness.
Overall a very clean base with herbal/tea accent that shines through even as this is a little aged.
