Hunnebed Wit has an incredeable head thats lasting very wel but was hard to poor in cause of the ernormous amount of carbon dioxide that's in this brew. Beercolor is yellow-orange and has a thick clouwd in it. Nose is litle empty, tinkeld by the CO2 and sour malty for the most. Litle hops to be noticed together with some peppery yeastspice.
Taste is watery, malty, spicy and quiet bitter for a witbier. Mouthfeel was little damaged by the CO2 but further ok. Drinkability also suffers under the bubbles but yes if you drink it slowly I could easily do some more of these.
Found nothing common with either the German Weissbier not the Belgisch Wit so that's why I rated it under Belgium Pale Ale.
