Dry Hopped Brut Pale Ale
Some 7000 years ago our brewing ancestors celebrated Akitu, a festival marking the change in barley growing seasons and the start of a new year. Join us in celebrating our first season of brewing with this pale ale hopped with Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic, and fermented extremely dry with the best barley the world has to offer.

Dry Hopped Brut Pale Ale.
Single pint can.
Pours a pale moderately hazy yellow with 2-3 fingers of vigorous puffy to foamy white head.
Aroma of grassy malt, fruity - melon, mango, hint of pineapple, with a bit of earthiness.
Lemongrass on the palate, slightly fruity - melon, a bit of mango, and milder citrus note - a hint of hop bitterness tries to peak through but does not surpass the fruitiness, which then finishes dry.
For the bubbly pour, carbonation is a little meek - clean and smooth on the palate with a crisp dry finish and only minimal bitterness.
