Pours a pale yellow with one finger of white head that leaves a good sheet of lace as it recedes.
Smells of fresh bread, apple skin, citrus zest, spicy yeast and cut grass.
Tastes of bready pale malt, more apple and lemon fruitiness, peppery yeast and grassy hops.
Feels light and fizzy. Light bodied with crisp carbonation. Finishes off-dry.
Verdict: Recommended. Tasty and refreshing.
