Citra, Mosaic, and Denali hops are the stars of this beer, and they shine to their brightest. Bursting with tangerine, pineapple, and melon aromas, this hazy IPA is beautifully balanced.

31 IBU.

Pale yellow with a thin head that lingers, has a hoppy, piney aroma with some citrus. Uses Cotra, Mosaic and Denali hops. Very well balanced and done.

Today's review:
Still pale, but head is much fuller, nose is fruity. Drinking makes you cut thru the foam, when you quickly get to the heart, you get a stone fruit taste.

Still good after all these years.

A - Hazy pale orange body, with some transparency at the edges and translucent throughout. White head, short, fading to a short cap, with tiny bubble lacing.

S - Green grapes out front, with tangerine and grapefruit citrus beneath, a strong grassy hop thread, and a bit of earthiness.

T - Follows the nose, with quiet fruit notes, white wine aspect with melon, peach and stone fruit highlight, a touch of tangerine zest, and a subtly bitter pith note over more stone fruit through the finish.

M - Moderate weight, decent carbonation, quite drinkable, with no harsh hazy acidity and a soft close.

O - This was surprisingly good. Tasty, pleasant, with a lot going on. I probably will seek this out again in the future.

The Wetlands pours a hazy yellow color, with a small lacing head. Sweet creamy aroma, with citrus notes. Flavor is sweet and full of citrus, with a slightly bitter finish. Good body. Overall, a very balanced, yet strong NEIPA. Lots of haze, with some bitterness to equal this out.

Poured from crowler into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a very nice hazy orange-yellow hue with 2 inch bubbly white head with good retention.
S: Nice sharp and fresh citrus (grapefruit, orange, and lemon) hop notes, pine, and hint of cracker malt in the background.
T: Follows aroma with fresh and mildly sharp grapefruit, pine, orange, lemon, and lime notes. With a bit of warming, notes of tangerine and pineapple emerge.
M: Light body. Juicy feel. Citrus sweetness with moderate bitterness. Lingers nicely on the palate.
D: Very approachable and sessionable. Very nice on a hot summer day!
