Poured from 26 oz crowler into Little Thistle tulip. Filled 11/25/19.
A: Pours a nice dark brown with 2+ dark tan foamy head with excellent retention.
S: Dark roast coffee and dark chocolate hit first followed by wood char, vanilla, raisin and other dark dried fruit, and a hint of nuttiness.
T: Smooth dark chocolate, dark roast coffee with cream, vanilla, wood char, raisin, hazelnuts and almonds (a more pronounced nuttiness in the flavor, which is very nice), and dark roast malt.
M: Medium body. Darkly sweet with a very nice nuttiness and dryness. Creamy feel. Lingers nicely on the palate.
D: Really enjoying the mix of coffee, vanilla, nuts, and chocolate. Delectable! Well done, Steve!

Pours a dark cola colour with a thick head that recedes very slowly. Initial taste is nuttiness, settling into licorice and some light raisins. Carbonated on the tongue and we'll done.
