Clean and crisp beer with a bready malt character and a light floral hoppiness. Dry Hopped version (with Crystal hops) available on the beer engine.

16oz can. No dating information found. Label has this at 4.5% ABV.
Partly cloudy, pale straw colored body. Multi finger depth of white head with the initial pour but this dissipates rapidly to a fluffy cap. Leaves behind a few small splotches of lacing.
Aroma of bready malts and floral hops.
Taste has toasted bread malts and floral hop flavors but also lemon and orange. Fades away in the aftertaste to a bready malt base.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and crisp finish. Bitterness is low. Good carbonation.
Easy drinking beer with sweet fruit and malty flavors.

On tap at Little Thistle in Rochester; this is the 4% version. Pours a nice gold colour, head lasts a nice while. Smell has some pear/wet grains. Taste is grainy, head still remains, finishes very slightly bitter.
This is now the 4.5% version - it's on the board, but only served from a can. Grainy, finishes more grainy than bitter, otherwise everything else is pretty much similar to last sampling.
