Poured from crowler into shaker pint glass. Canned on 9/21/21. Collaboration with Nine Mile Brewing.
A: Pours a very dark brown with 1/2 inch dark mocha head that quickly recedes to a thin skim.
S: Dark bittersweet chocolate, dark roast coffee, charred wood, and a hint of leather.
T: Smooth dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, leather, wood char, and a hint of molasses.
M: Light body. Layers of dark sweetness. Soft and slightly oily feel.
D: Decent example of style. A bit darker notes than a typical stout, which I like.
