Poured from 750 mL bottle into tulip.
A: Pours a clear golden hue with moderately active carbonation jets fueling a 1 inch frothy white head with good retention.
S: Belgian yeast, clove, white grape, soft mineral, and pear.
T: Soft honey, white grape, subtle clove, pear, and soft minerals.
M: Light-medium body. Soft and slightly oily feel.
D: Decent example of style. Interesting aspects with the honey and white wine barrel aging.
