It’s a classic German beer that hails from Cologne, Germany. Highly quaffable with light bitterness. We made this beer in collaboration with Firebrick Bread!

On tap at Little Thistle. Pours a nice lager colour with a head that fades into a nice, thick ring around the circumference. Taste is some malty sweetness with very light bitterness. Well done!
