A West Coast IPA made with CTZ, Mosaic, and Strata hops. Here you will find a classically bitter IPA, with notes of dank citrus. We made this beer in collaboration with our friends at Pryes Brewing.

16oz can. Date stamp on can bottom is '05/19/23 WEST IS THE BEST'. Brewed in cooperation with Pryes Brewing Co.
Clear, deep gold colored body. Two fingers of off white head, which recedes to a partial cap and high ring. Leaves behind some strings of lacing.
Aroma is orange and grapefruit, and dank pine.
Taste has a good degree of bitterness, but also has a touch of sweetness. The citrus flavors is muddled a bit, with a later strong entry by the dank pine. Woody in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel, with a clean finish. Slight tongue numbness. Very good carbonation.
Decent rendition of a West Coast IPA with its body clarity and moderate level of bitterness.
