16 oz can pkgd 4/13/26 into a Becher glass.
L: Pours a soft hazy solid orange color with pillowy domed 1" white head that very slowly recedes to medium-thick froth, light steady carbo, thick complex lacing with thick half bands and a few large chunks of sediment that fall to the bottom. **The other 3 cans I agitated lightly before the pour and this eliminated the sedi chunks.
S: Peach, citrus, a hint of melon, it has a fruit nectar halo.
T: Lightly sweet whipped citrus, a touch of yeast, a note of caramelization, a hint of peach, very light citrus zest, mild confection sugar.
F: Gentle, wicked smooth medium-heavy bodied mouthfeel with a medium length lightly dry finish.
O: Incredibly smooth drinking, mellow and has expertly balanced tastes emanating via mainly tropical fruits. Sediment was not a distraction to feel, drinking pleasure or taste. This is a well-designed beer and it is outstanding.

The Hands of Science pours a hazy yellow with a small, lacing head. The aroma is dry, and there are hints of dankness. The flavor is dry and dank, a hint of earth, and on the more bitter side. Good feel. Overall, it is a lovely drink and dry IPA.

Poured from pint can into imperial pint glass.
A: Pours a beautiful hazy lemon yellow hue with frothy 1 inch white head with excellent retention.
S: Sweet grapefruit, orange, grapefruit pith, tangerine, dank white grape.
T: Grapefruit pith, dank white grape/nearly white wine, orange zest, and sweet grapefruit cream.
M: Medium body. Creamy and smooth feel. Layers of citrus and white grape sweetness with just a touch of a dank note to counterbalance. Lingers nicely.
D: An interesting brew with excellent hop expression. Refreshing and sessionable and yet there’s certainly enough complexity to make you pause and pay attention.
