Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light yellow color with a strong white head that lingers. SRM of 5. (4.00)
Aroma: Aromas of grassy, lemon citrus, pale malt, floral notes.(4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon citrus, lemonflower, pale Munich malts. Some yeast with a crisp and lemonflower finish. (4.25)
Feel: Medium-body, strong carbonation. Finishes moderately bitter. (4.25)
Compared to Arbeiter HAHA Pils 6/25: Pours identical. Similar aromas. Slightly more lemonflower. Less zest and flower. Slightly more sweet and less bitter. Winner: Arbeiter
to Fair State Pils 7/25: Pours identical. Similar aromas. More lemon and hops. Less yeast and bitter flower. Cleaner, less body. Nearly identical. Winner: Fair State slightly
to Fair State Side Pull 7/25: Pours darker, stronger head. Similar aromas. Less salty. More lemon and sweet body. Sweeter. Winner: Side Pull
to New Glarus Pils 8/25: lighter and cleaner. Less smooth.
Overall: First try at this, but with brewing influence from Fair State, I already know it's going to be good. Crisp lemonflower, smooth, moderately sweet, but also bitter. Outstanding. (Rating:
