Sour Ale. Made with fresh beet juice, and fresh ginger. Ruby in color, with an earthy beet aroma, and a lightly tart finish.

Cherry red color with good clarity. Minimal head and no lacing.
Aroma of beet.
Taste is beet vegetable, with the presence of lactose. Aftertaste is quick to end.
Medium mouthfeel. Tart and cleansing. Supportive carbonation.
Stays away from being sweet, and the use if beets is clearly evident.
