No canning date
Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity) light to medium yellow color with a moderate white head that lingers. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus, bright pineapple and mango. Citrusy. (4.00)
Flavor: Moderate flavors of lemon citrus, bright pineapple, hints of mango. Lemon Creamsicle evolves among the pale malts and oats. Some oats and yeast. Then insert mango sweetness of all within the grains. (4.00)
Feel: Lighter bodied, strong correlation finishes dry yet creamy (4.25)
Compared to Toppling Goliath Radiant Haze 5/2023: Pours lighter, milder head. Stronger aromas. More lemon citrus, creamsicle and bright fruit and oats. Less sweet pineapple and mango.
Overall: A pretty decent Citra hopped NEIPA and good to be a flagship for 608 Brewing. One malt. Nice flavors and simple. Lemon citrus, some creamsicle with some hints of bright pineapple and mango, but then a smooth grain malt body to tame down the juiciness a bit and leans creamy. A creamy but dry malt finish. Pretty good stuff and especially for such a small, local brewery. (Rating: 4.08)

Citranado pours a hazy golden color, with not much head. Dry fruit in the aroma. Flavor is the same, dry fruit, a hit of bitterness, and lots of pineapple and mango. Good body and feel.

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bold citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with beautiful tropical fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

On draft. Pours a cloudy golden yellow body, slight orange-copper hue, one finger frothy white head, good retention, a bit of lacing. Smell is big citra hop- tropical fruit, grapefruit and a bit of grassiness, clean background of mild sugary malt sweetness, and a bit of a herbal bite as well. Flavour follows, a fairly big grapefruit and tropical fruit bite on a background of slightly grainy malt. Mild bitterness, soft grain. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, mild herbal bitterness. This is good stuff, nice hop presence with a very mild and non-offensive malt backbone. One of the better NE IPAs from Wisconsin that I've had as of late.

This is the best NE IPA I’ve had from the Midwest.
