Sometimes you have to make sacrifices to make dreams come true. Ryan Beach postponed his geriatric dream of owning a Corvette for a few years in order to help open 608 Brewing Company. This new beer is called Corvette Fund. It is DIPA brewed with Nelson, Vic Secret, and Citra hops. The beer clocks in at 7% abv and 37 IBUs. It boasts flavors of Pineapple, White Wine, and Grapefruit. So when you see Ryan tell him thank you for making the right decision. Someday he will still get his Corvette and drive 5 mph below the speed limit in a line of 50 Corvettes on a Sunday. Cheers!!!

Corvette Fund pours a hazy copper color, with little head. Pine and hoppy aroma. Flavor also contains pine, and a nice hop flavor, but finishes on the sweeter side. Good body and feel. Overall, a very well put together IIPA and very approachable.
