Dark Side of the Barrel: Banana Hoard pours a black color, with a small tan head. Big rich sweet aroma; lots of real banana notes. Flavor is rich, creamy, some roasted barley notes, fresh banana, mixed with cinnamon. A little flat. Overall, fantastic great flavors, but it all blends well, nothing is too overpowering, yet still packs a punch. Lots fresh banana, hint of that barrel, perfect desert type of beer.
