Inquiring Minds: Strata Cashmere pours a hazy yellowish color, with a hint of orange, and little head. Nice dry hoppy and fruity aroma. Flavor is the same, dry, hoppy and a dry fruit flavor. Good body and feel. Overall, a very very good hazy IPA, great dry flavors, with a little fruit.
