Mostly clear, deep gold colored body. Three fingers of white fluffy head. Slow decline results in a puffy cap and ring. Leaves behind some lacing webs.
Aroma is slow to express but the results are positive. Vague citrus, berry, and sweet bread dough.
Taste is classic in expression, with a solid toasted caramel malt base, and the pine/citrus/pineapple core. All continue into a long aftertaste (gets from bitter to more).
More than medium mouthfeel, with a smooth flow. Good carbonation.
Nordic Nectar with a honey mead vibe.
