I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured an opaque dark with very thin tan ring head that did not leave any lace. The scent had chocolate and toffee pastry notes. The taste was sweeter leaning and easy to sip with chocolate, caramel, toffee donut presence. The mouthfeel was fuller in body and had smooth carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pastry Potluck pours black, with not much head. Aroma is very sweet, lots of maple. Flavor has lots of maple, some vanilla and some chocolate, all come together very nice. Good body and good feel. Overall, lots of flavors, sweet, not over done, very nice.
