No canning date

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light to pale golden yellow color with a moderate white head. SRM of 6. (3.75)

Aroma: Mild aromas of pale malts, grains, hints of yeast. Mild. (3.75)

Flavor: Moderate flavors of pale malts and yeast upfront. Grainy, ready, yeasty. Dry and lightly bitter finish. (4.00)

Feel: Medium bodied, strong carbonation years, slightly granny and harsh on the palate. (4.00)

Compared to Off Color Tooth and Claw 10/2023: Pours lighter, milder head. Milder aromas and flavors. More yeasty, grainy, bitter. Less buttery, bready, and sweet. Winner: Tooth and claw

Overall: A decent Czech Pils here. Yeasty, grainy, and a nice bitterness. A little dryer and more bitter than the style, but very enjoyable. (Rating: 3.93)

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp light malt base and saaz hop highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid pilsner beer.
