Had on tap. Murky brown pour with a short lived tan cap. Cognac and bourbon shines through the waves of caramel malt, barley, molasses, and tons of dark fruit in nose. Taste is much the same, almost has a flash of apple in there too. Feel is pretty boozy though, not hot or anything, but booze is more of a defining texture than barley or malt, oak is light.
