Dark opaque brown body with lightening up on the edges, light brown ring. Smell shows off the bourbon barrels with caramel and dark wheat. Taste has the barrels reduced to big booze that builds through the sip, the first half is pleasant with dark wheat, caramel, plum and molasses, but the second half is pretty hot. This brings us to the feel, over time this becomes a chore to finish due to the heat, the wheat is also not strong enough in comparison, body thins out through the sip

WTF Is A Wheatwine? It pours a very dark brown, with no head. The aroma is sweet bourbon and oak. The flavor is filled with sweet bourbon and oak, darkly sweet, sharp cereal. Good feel for a wheat wine. Overall, this is a bourbon-filled and very tasty wheat wine.
