The final iteration of this run of WTF is a Wheatwine that spent 23 months in Elijah Craig barrels, then blended back together and aged in a Jim Beam barrel and a Heaven Hill barrel. It's spent 47 months in wood, brewed over 4 years and it's possibly the most complex barrel aged beer we have ever made, but we'll let you be the judge of that.

Shared at the Green Bay tasting into taster. Pours lightly hazy very dark ruby red/brown color with minimal head or lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big caramel, honey, toffee, vanilla, bourbon, oak, coconut, light molasses. Minimal bitterness on the finish. Full silky malt body. Light oak tannin drying. You can't even tell its 17%! Not boozy at all with great malt complexity. Minimal warming ABV.
