We brewed this German Pilsner with Two Fathoms Brewing out of Winona, MN. This beer is a wild Midwest tall-tale about two breweries, a peacekeeper, and the mighty Mississippi that divides them

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a crisp white head. SRM of 8. (3.75)
Aroma: Mild aromas of pale malts, honey, with a light earthy malt note. (3.50)
Flavor: Mild flavors of flower and citrus hops with yeasty mouthfeel in the middle and carbonation. Then biscuit malt sweetness. Overall, finishes earthy and smooth. (3.75)
Feel: Medium-light body. Moderate carbonation. A smooth , yeasty, and mildly bitter. (4.00)
Compared to Schells No Frills Pils 5/26: Pours darker, milder aromas. More smooth earth. Less floral lemon. Sweeter.
Overall: 608 Brewing in a collab with Two Fathoms Brewing. A German Pils. Pours a little darker than expected. Leans a bit more earthy and smooth. It's good, not great.
