“Sour ale with pickle juice”
Pale gold, ample head of foam with a creamy texture. Drippy arcs of lace in the glass. Smells a little odd like sauerkraut, some dill in the background. Tart and acidic, but not really vinegary, tastes like all lacto. Big salt and dill notes, not cohesively “pickle” but suggestive. Some cucumber in the mix would improve it. The salt gives it some added body and substance. Ample carbonation. Hard to believe this is 9.5%.
