On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA. Served in a 5-ounce snifter. Pours a clear pinkish-red color, with a thin white head that settled to a thin ring. Big flavors of cherry and vanilla, with good carbonation, a little sweetness, a smooth mouthfeel, and an underwhelming tartness. This is very well balanced between sweet and tart, with each supporting the cherry and vanilla flavor profile. A delicious and very enjoyable sipper, for sure!
